Becky Scott

Before joining Navigenics, Ms. Scott was vice president of finance and administration for BabyCenter, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. She was responsible for managing finance and all core administrative functions, including human resources, legal and facilities, as the company expanded from start-up stage to becoming the pre-eminent online parenting resource it is today. During her time at BabyCenter, she also acted as the company's chief privacy officer and was instrumental in the international rollout of nine new country-specific sites.

Prior to her tenure at BabyCenter, Ms. Scott was chief financial officer at a seed-stage venture capital firm, where she oversaw all facets of finance and HR for the firm and advised its portfolio companies on financial matters. In addition, she has previously acted as CFO of a high-tech start-up, worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and spent time as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Ms. Scott graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a B.S. in finance and accounting and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
