Stephen Moore

Mr. Moore was most recently associate general counsel with Affymetrix, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company developing advanced technologies for genetic screening. During his more than eight years at Affymetrix, he was responsible for a wide variety of strategic alliances, collaboration agreements and other transactional matters, including the spin-out of Perlegen Sciences, research collaborations with leading academic institutions such as the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, diagnostic product supply agreements and Affymetrix's Translational Medicine program in the United States and Canada.

Mr. Moore also advised Affymetrix on FDA regulations and guidance regarding in vitro diagnostic devices, managed Affymetrix's Environmental, Health and Safety department and was the company's first Compliance Officer. Mr. Moore earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis.
