As a genetic testing provider focused on preventive genomic medicine and pharmacogenomics, Navigenics is committed to providing patients and clinicians with actionable, relevant genetic information.
As part of that commitment, we’ve provided our members with a condensed version of their pharmacogenomic test results that they can choose to print and carry with them.
If you have not worked with Navigenics results in the past, we offer multiple resources to help you use your patient’s pharmacogenomic results effectively. These include:
- More detail on each of the drug-specific pharmacogenomic results represented in the Wallet Card, including background information on each medication result.
- Access to our board-certified Genetic Counselors, who work frequently with our physician partners to provide optimal patient care. Please call (866) 522-1585 or +1 (650) 585-7743 between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST.

Your patient can also provide you with a complete version of their Navigenics results, which contains in-depth information and references. Ask your patient to print and provide the “For Physicians” version of their results contained in their online report. If your patient has any questions about how to access this version of their results, please ask them to contact Navigenics Member Service by emailing memberservice@navigenics.com or calling (866) 522-1585 or +1 (650) 585-7743 between the hours of 9am and 5pm PST.
If you are physician already partnering with the Navigenics service, these Wallet Card results represent a condensed version of your patient’s full pharmacogenomic results. Please log in to your Navigenics Physician Portal accout to access your patient’s complete results.
