We have developed a number of visual tools to communicate the genetic risk for common diseases to you and your patient. Here are explanations of each.
Elevated risk
Orange indicates an overall lifetime risk greater than 25 percent or risk that is more than 20 percent above average for that condition. More
No elevated risk
Gray indicates an overall lifetime risk less than 25 percent or risk that is less than 20 percent above average for that condition. More
Genetic composite index
This visual shows what percent of the reference population has a score lower, the same as, or higher than your patient. More
SNP bar chart
A SNP bar chart shows the relative contribution of each marker tested to your patient’s overall estimated lifetime risk. More
