Our cancellation policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our genetic testing services. Before placing your order, please be sure to contact our Member Service department at (866) 522-1585 (US and Canada) or +1 (650) 585-7743 with any questions you may have about the genetic testing process. You can also reach our Member Service department via email at memberservice@navigenics.com.
If you have already purchased a genetic test and have changed your mind about your order, refer to our cancellation and refund policy below:
- Domestic refunds – if we have not mailed out your collection kit, there is no cancellation fee. If we have mailed your collection kit to you and your DNA sample has not yet been mailed back to our laboratory a refund is available - less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds are available once you send your DNA sample to our lab.
- International refunds – if we have not mailed out your collection kit, there is no cancellation fee. If we have mailed your collection kit to you and your DNA sample has not yet been mailed back to our laboratory a refund is available - less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds are available once you send your DNA sample to our lab.
Remember, you decide which genetic risk results you see. If you would prefer to see none or only some of your results, you can go into your Navigenics account and adjust the conditions you want displayed in your results report at any time.
