Our Genetic Counselors are trained healthcare professionals that specialize personal genomics, and their work has made them leaders in their field as they educate physicians and other providers to allow them to integrate personalized genetic analysis into your healthcare plan.

Our counselors are available at any time to answer your questions, at no additional charge – even before you have signed up. Please call (866) 522-1585 (US and Canada) or +1 (650) 585-7743 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, to set up an appointment at your convenience.
