Navigenics asks you to provide your informed consent as part of the Health Compass order process.
The informed consent process, common in health care, is a way to make sure you know what to expect, understand the process, and that you This way, we can be sure that you understand the process and are aware of the benefits, limitations and potential risks.
Only the tests described in these forms will be performed on your saliva or DNA sample, unless we have your separate, explicit written consent.
You will also separately have the option to contribute your genetic information to science through our service.
